| Every order placed with us is a vote of trust (from you, to us), so The BOMBERS take shipping very seriously. From doing extra QC checks on every order that goes out, to contacting customers promptly if there is an availability issue, we do extra work to get your order to you quickly and correctly. Here are some answers to typical shipping FAQs: Free BOMBER Shipping Orders totaling over $100* in merchandise receive free FedEx Ground* shipping within the lower 48 US States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO Military addresses, and international orders are not covered under this policy. In some cases, items that require special packing or oversize items may require additional shipping fees, however, we try avoid this if possible. Shipping Carriers We ship via FedEx Ground for shipments within the lower 48 continental United States, and USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note we cannot ship to a PO box; a valid street address must be given. APO / Military Addresses Orders for active duty military and APO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. International Orders For information on our international shipping, please click HERE. Order Processing Most of our items are shipped from our barracks in Bend, Oregon. Items will ship within 24 hours (when possible) or within the availability info given for each individual product. We try to keep most items in stock, but our inventory varies based on season, sales volume, manufacturer availability, etc. Orders with multiple items will be consolidated and shipped together, in one shipment, regardless of varying availability. In some cases, depending on availability, season, or geographic location, we may need to bring in additional stock to fill your order, or to drop-ship it from the vendor directly. Please DO NOT worry....in these cases, we typically give ADDITIONAL customer service attention to your order. Delayed Shipments (Availability) IF an item is NOT available to be shipped within the availability window given in the product listing (example: "In Stock - Ships in 24 Hours" or "Available - ships in 3-5 business days") we will NOT sit on your order, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS AND LET YOU KNOW. A representative will make up to 3 attempts to reach you, usually by phone, explain the situation, and your options, and allow you to choose if you wish to wait for your item, get another item, or receive a refund. Items Out of Stock Our policy is to NOT hold a customers payment unless we can ship their order in a reasonable time frame. In cases where an item is out of stock and unavailable for more than 10 days, we will typically refund your order. However in limited cases, where we feel we can uphold our standards for customer service, we may contact you and extend the option to wait.
