Our showroom hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. However, The BOMBERS are at a 24/7 state of readiness and often on secret patrol, and will try to respond to your contact as quickly as possible. Typically we return calls and emails within 3 business HOURS.
Tracking Your Order
The BOMBERS are a high-tech group, and use only the finest equipment. One of our equipment guys, Powers, built this secure system for tracking the status of your order. You just type your confirmation number into the box, and the satellites do the rest.
