HT review
I ride year around with the exception of snow and ice. These pants are a great 3 season pants. First Gear comes through again with a great product. I can wear long johns under these pants, along with the supplied liner and go out on 20 degree days and not get cold. Very well made with little extras that you will notice that competitors don't have. If you are over 6'2", consider getting a tall.

Keeps the Wind and Rain Out
I got these pants and set off on a 1100 ride the next day. At the start it was 34 degrees and raining. These pants didn't leak anywhere and I was warm using 2 under layers. The material is thick and they feel very well constructed. I wore them over my boots with no problem. Fit in the waist was a little tight relative to the length (probably more my issue than the pants). The armor didn't get in the way or cause any discomfort. At the end of my ride the temp had risen to 80 and these were still comfortable with 1 under layer. I really like how you can access your under pant pockets though the taped zippers (no more gearing down when you've left your key or wallet in the pocket of your jeans). Overall, I highly recommend these pants for improving comfort and safety on the road.
