The Gaerne GX-1 boot is one of our favorite boots of all time, and this version is their most technical yet. The structure of the boot has a system that mimics a mechanical hinge. This design consists of a blade system that slides into pockets, providing flex forwards and backwards, but limiting side-to-side motion. Gaerne's excellent alloy replaceable buckles give secure closure, and now can be relocated to allow for larger calves. Top it off with a wide, comfortable fit.

Gaerne GX-1 enduro boot

Brian got me these boots in the enduro version. The size was perfect and the boot was comfortable right out of the box. 6 hours of riding and they felt great, looked good and have great protection. very nice boot.

Nice boot, good value

Nice boot especially for entry level. The quality seems more like a mid to me which is what I was looking for. Took a hour to get used to them and after that I was super happy with my purchase. I'm a size 12 in everything and this boot fits like a glove. Plenty of adjustment to adapt to all kinds of foot sizes. Great price and super fast shipping from atomic even in these tough times. Looking forward to purchasing more quality items through atomic again. Shinny side up!

Brian was incredibly helpful in finding the right boots for me. After struggling with fit and protection concerns from boots I had previously ordered elsewhere, he took the time to review photos and talk through different recommendations. After narrowing it down to a few options, we decided to try the Crossfire 3 TA boots first. He even followed up and asked me to call after they arrived to make sure they worked out. I’m really happy with the boots and genuinely impressed by the level of customer service and attention he provided.

Exactly what I was after

These boots might just be perfect. Done a little riding with o hotspots or discomfort. Shifting was natural and the protection is awesome. Great help from Atomic Moto advising me on the correct sizing. Sizing is pretty accurate.

Great boot

These boots offer excellent ankle and lower leg protection with their double hinge. They fit true to size, and handle normal width and wide feet well. I also like that they "seem" smaller in thattheycan fit your leg well without knee braces or guards. I also consider them generally lightweight, and very comfortable. When on special they are a phenomenal deal for a high protection boot. Not thehighest, but high.
