Our phone and email customer service hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. However, The BOMBERS are at a 24/7 state of readiness, and will try to respond to your contact as quickly as possible. Our policy is to return phone calls and emails within the same or max next business day.

Do you have a showroom?

We are an online business, and do not have a brick and mortar store set up for in-person shopping. Since we opened in 1999, our focus has been helping online customers around the world choose and size their motorcycle gear from our "Bomber Recommended" selection.

We have developed tools and processes to make online motorcycle gear shopping efficient and fun. By now we're pretty good at it, ESPECIALLY for riders needing sizing help or  looking for more technical, higher-performing gear. We would love the chance to earn your business, and hope you give us a try.

If you are new or new-ish to the sport, and need a full gear setup, we frequently do on-site or phone gear consultations. This is a comprehensive process built around informing people, NOT "selling" them. We'll discuss your bike, region, skill level, and type of riding, along with helping you with sizing, gear matching, and budget goals.
