Because every order placed with us is a vote of trust (from you, to us), The BOMBERS take shipping ACCURACY seriously. From doing double QC checks on every order that goes out, to noticing the small things (like, when someone orders a Small jersey and an XL jacket...) we do extra work to get your order to you quickly and CORRECTLY.

We ship it Free (over $100)

Orders totaling over $120 in merchandise receive free Ground shipping within the lower 48 US States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO Military addresses, and international orders are not covered under this policy. In some cases, items that require special packing or oversize items may require additional shipping fees, however, we try avoid this if possible.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS and FedEx Ground for shipments within the lower 48 continental United States, and USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note we cannot ship to a PO box; a valid street address must be given.

APO / Military Addresses

Orders for APO and DPO addresses are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority service. We offer this at a reduced rate.

Order Processing

Most of our items are shipped from our barracks in Bend, Oregon. Items will ship within 24 hours (when possible) or within the availability info given for each individual product. We try to keep most items in stock, but our inventory varies based on season, sales volume, manufacturer availability, etc. Orders with multiple items will be consolidated and shipped together, in one shipment, regardless of varying availability.

In some cases, depending on availability, season, or geographic location, we may need to bring in additional stock to fill your order, or to drop-ship it from the vendor directly.

Items Out of Stock

In cases where an item is out of stock from BOTH us and our vendors, we will either contact you to discuss delivery options or refund your order. If you want to wait for your item, we can leave your order open, but we prefer to refund your payment, NOT to hold your money.

Damaged Products

If your shipment arrives with package or product damage, please take the following steps:
  • If possible, tell the shipping person to note it before you sign.
  • Take photos of the damage.
  • Contact us ASAP.
  • Contact the Shipper ASAP.
Damage claims are the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and Atomic-Moto assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. However, we will do our best to assist with your claim.
