Our Easy Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the fit, function, styling, etc. of your items in any way, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, without any restock fees. Your item must be in new, sellable condition. Here is what that means:
- "New" means in resellable condition, with all hangtags, labels, and packaging undamaged, intact, and attached. Just like a new example of what you bought.
- "Unused" means not ridden in, used outside, used on a motorcycle, or washed / cleaned.
- "Clean" means no dirt, dust, pet hair, chemicals, marks, scuffs, odors, or anything visible.
- "Unmodified" means unaltered in any way. Example, damaged hardware, removal or adjustment to positions of plastic pieces, buckle straps, liners, armor, plastic film on helmet shields, etc.
- "On time" means the return request must be opened within 30 days from order date. Sorry, but once this period expires we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Even special ones, such as forgetting the item in the closet, being away on vacation, or even being called away on a secret NSA mission to save the world from an asteroid strike.
- "On time" also means the return must arrive to our warehouse within 40 days of the ship date. If you open an RA and then delay shipping it back, we will consider it late and refuse to accept it.

How it Works:
- Fill out the info in our returns portal (click HERE to go directly to it)
- Once this is complete, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) via email. Please write that clearly on the outside of the box.
- Customer is responsible for costs of shipping items back to us.
- You can choose to either purchase a discounted shipping label from us, or arrange shipping yourself.
- The cost of these shipping labels will be deducted from your refund.
- Print the shipping label out, write the RA number on the box, and pass to the shipping carrier (usually UPS, but sometimes FedEx or USPS)
- Returns are processed within 3 - 10 business days of receipt at BOMBER HQ in Bend, Oregon.
- Returns shipped back without authorization will be refused and/or returned back to the customer.

Exchanges
- If the replacement item has experienced a price increase, the customer is responsible for the difference between the item returned and the replacement.
- Customer is responsible for freight to return their item to us.
- Free freight back to the customer applies for the first two exchanges (1st order plus 1st replacement order).
- For third and any subsequent exchanges all freight costs, in both directions, are the responsibility of the customer. These will be charged and/or be deducted from refund amount.
Refunds
- Refunds can only be applied to the payment method used for purchase, or applied to a store credit.
- The amount refunded will be the price paid for your item, minus any shipping fees (if there were any) and any return shipping labels.
- For cash, check, or money order payments, a store credit will be issued. Sorry, we do not give cash refunds.
- We issue refunds promptly, however it typically requires 3 - 7 business days before the funds show up on your statement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their items items back to us.
- We offer discounted shipping labels that you can download and print when you are opening your RA.
- The cost of your shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been ridden in or used.
- Boots that have had any of the buckles or plastic parts adjusted or moved.
- Hard parts or tools that have been used, installed, or removed from their packaging.
- Underwear and lower body base layers.
- Chemicals.
- Electrical items.
- Items that have been modified.
- Helmets that have the plastic cover removed from the face shield.
Warranty Returns
- Atomic-Moto does not provide any direct product warranty, this is the manufacturer's responsibility and discretion. But we like to help our customers!
- We prefer to handle warranty issues between the customer and manufacturer for the first 60 days. After this period we will advise you on the best way to proceed.
- Warranties are never transferrable and apply to the original purchaser only.
- Items submitted for warranty must be replaced with the same item. If that item is not available a store credit will be issued.
- Warranty replacement shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty approval is subject to the manufacturer's discretion, and Atomic-Moto assumes no liability for defective items or their shipping.
