The Gaerne GX-1 boot is one of our favorite boots of all time, and this version is their most technical yet. The structure of the boot has a system that mimics a mechanical hinge. This design consists of a blade system that slides into pockets, providing flex forwards and backwards, but limiting side-to-side motion. Gaerne's excellent alloy replaceable buckles give secure closure, and now can be relocated to allow for larger calves. Top it off with a wide, comfortable fit.

Gaerne GX-1 enduro boot

Brian got me these boots in the enduro version. The size was perfect and the boot was comfortable right out of the box. 6 hours of riding and they felt great, looked good and have great protection. very nice boot.

Nice boot, good value

Nice boot especially for entry level. The quality seems more like a mid to me which is what I was looking for. Took a hour to get used to them and after that I was super happy with my purchase. I'm a size 12 in everything and this boot fits like a glove. Plenty of adjustment to adapt to all kinds of foot sizes. Great price and super fast shipping from atomic even in these tough times. Looking forward to purchasing more quality items through atomic again. Shinny side up!

Brian is quite knowledgable on all the Boots he sells

After a few productive phone calls with Brian I ordered my boots. I found they were too tight for my comfort and sent them back for a size increase. There was a smaill glitch on getting the new ones and Brian took care of it in no time! If you are looking for boots Brian is quite knowledgable on all sells. Solid Protective and Great Looking

I found these boots way more confortable than the Leatt's 5.5, those were squeezing my ankles so much that the following day I still felt like I had the boots on.

Not with the Gaerne's, these boots are as comfy as a MX boot is going to get. They are well made, look great, and forgot I had them on until it was time to shift. There's definitely an adjustment period to learn how to shift on MX boots but that's the price for protection.

Fantastic dual sport/adventure boot

Bought these for dual sport rides on my Husky FE350S and Suzuki Vstrom as a more flexible and easier to walk in option than my Gaerne SG22 boots. These boots fit that bill, and the price was amazing. They broke in super quickly, fit wide but not too wide, and are much lighter feeling than my SG22 boots. I'm also easily able to wear thick socks if needed, so they will be great in Winter. Toe box is a little taller than the SG22 but not so much that I had to raise my shifter at all.
