After struggling with fit and protection concerns from boots I had previously ordered elsewhere, he took the time to review photos and talk through different recommendations. After narrowing it down to a few options, we decided to try the Crossfire 3 TA boots first. He even followed up and asked me to call after they arrived to make sure they worked out.
