The Sidi Crossfire 3 TA is identical in features to the SR, except it features a sewn on welt sole. This different sole construction improves the fit (more wide) and the feel (easier to walk in), Otherwise it has all the same features as the SRS version. Most importantly, the Crossfire 3 has a mechanism in the hinge to mechanically limit hyperextension and hyperflexion at the ankle. They are the most technical and protective offroad boots in the world.

  • New inner boot gaiter has a larger circumference than the Crossfire 2 making for a tight seal around the riders lower leg no matter which knee brace system may be used. Upper inside of the gaiter features an anti-heat suede protection-grip panel.
  • Removable arch support.
  • Toe area covered in protective plastic.
  • An all new rigid, shock resistant, anatomically shaped heel holds the riders foot firm and thus resists twisting while offering added protection.
  • Replaceable, sleek, micro adjustable cam lock buckle system with memory retention nylon straps.
  • All buckles move independently of each other and have just one fixed point (by a screw). This allows an easy closure and the buckles can adapt to the riders position as they pivot on the mounting screw as the rider changes position on the bike.
  • Lower buckle guards help protect against opening due to an impact.

    Brian was incredibly helpful in finding the right boots for me. After struggling with fit and protection concerns from boots I had previously ordered elsewhere, he took the time to review photos and talk through different recommendations. After narrowing it down to a few options, we decided to try the Crossfire 3 TA boots first. He even followed up and asked me to call after they arrived to make sure they worked out. I’m really happy with the boots and genuinely impressed by the level of customer service and attention he provided.

    Just the right combination of factors.

    I have been wearing Sidi Crossfire TA's for many years. I was considering changing to one of Sidi's new models, but after a very helpful talk with Brian, I settled back on the Crossfire 3 TA. It has a few updates from my previous version--the toe box is roomier and the ankle fit is different, but they promise to be the perfect boot for the kind of riding I do.
